Relax shoulder anywhere at any time隨時隨地放鬆肩膀

Some persons of these days ask me why my shoulder is soft? It is a "healthy body" representative to them. Remember, don't know when I have ever heard or saw a certain report saying while working had better relax shoulder. Because the shoulder is stiff easily aching then influence work. And cause the stiff aching reason of shoulder have:
1、The posture is bad.
2、Lack of exercise.
3、Eat too many cold foods.

5、Lower the head with long time
etc. reason.

除了避面上述的情況之外,我自己的方法是:隨時隨地放鬆肩膀。只要可以不使用的肩膀的盡量放鬆,隨時提醒自己要放鬆,久而久之就會養成習慣了。試試看吧!

另外,依中醫來說,肩膀酸痛可以按"天柱"、"肩井"、"膏肓"穴三個穴位來治療。
